Troubleshooting
• Should the volume of water decrease over time,
first inspect and clean the showerhead(s). If the
problem persists, inspect the cartridge.
• At least once per year, inspect the cartridge,
including the check valves on the rear of the
cartridge. Replace the cartridge if dirty or worn,
or if leaking when in the off position.
Use caution with skin contact to hot water
to reduce the risk of scald injury. Before
servicing the valve, turn the water off
using the stops on the iBox Universal Plus
or at the main shutoff.
Maintenance
When reassembling after
maintenance, set the rotational
limit stop before reinstalling
the handle
(see page 27).
If the shower will not be used for an
extended period of time, turn off the
water to the shower valve by using the
service stops in the iBox Universal Plus
rough, or at the main shut off.
