13)Note the following points for trial run
(1)The control panel has the manual function for operation under a trial run.
(2)Ensure squeegee/ inking blade assembly is completely secured.
(3)The compression force from the pad on the printing object should not be too intense. Slowly adjust
into a suitable level.
(4)In order to prolong the components’ lifespan, do not immediately switch the power supply off when
the squeegee remains to compress the screen.
14)Safety Regulations for Operators
(1)Please understand the functions of the control panel before operating the machine. Forbid personnel
/individual who do not understand the machine from operating the machine.
(2)Avoid operating the machine when talking with other personnel.
(3)When the machine is at motion, the door located at the base should be closed.
(4)Mask should be worn and avoid having long hair/ long beard.
(5)Rubber gloves should be worn to prevent skin contact from the ink.

(7)Designated fire extinguishers must be kept at specified places near the machine.
(8)The power source should be switched off after printing work has done. The power source should be
disconnected immediately when an electric power cut happens. When violent thundering and frequen t
black-out occurs, please terminate the machine from operating to prevent accidents.
(9)The floor and aisles should be free from obstacles, water, oil, and ink to ensure safe and proper
machine operating environment.
(10)One may be incapable to make decisions due to alcohol, medication, and illness which result in
dizziness and/or mental instability should not operate the machine.
(11)Do not stretch your hands into the machine when the squeegee is under motion.
15) Maintenance:
(1)Be cautious to the source of the air compressor. Too much water will shorten the compressor’s
lifespan. Release the water or set up an air dryer to filter water.
(2)Apply grease on the sliding parts once a week.
(3)Empty the water bowl attached to the service unit every time you switch on the air compressor or
whenever it is filled with water.
(4)Fill in lubricating oil when the lubricator is nearly empty.
