3. Installation

1)The foundation for machine base must be leveled and strong enough to support the machine’s weight.
2)Requirements for installation environment:

1

Ambient temperature: 0~45

  (Recommended temperature 2

2℃

)).

2

Ambient Humidity: Humidity must be below 85% without dew condensation.

3

The atmosphere at the installation sire must be free of dust, mist, salt, corrosive gas, and other

elements which could damage the machine.

4

The brightness of the environment is recommended at a minimum value of 300ulx.

3)The lighting equipment is installed above the printing machine. The operator should only operate

the machine under sufficient lighting.

The lighting in the factory has to correspond with the local electric regulation no matter if it is natural

light or artificial light. Be cautious with the intensity of lighting, changes in light rays and reflection problems.

4)The working area must have enough lighting to ensure safe operation.
5)An open space or operation area is recommended.
6)Check the voltage before installing the machine. Secure the connection between power supply and

outlet source. Use pipe or bury the wires underground, and keep away the wires to prevent from accidents.

7)Level Adjustment

Adjust the level of the machine in perspective to the ground and secure the screws to reduce shock
    and to ensure smooth operation.

8)Preparation before the power source connects

To guarantee the user to correctly operate the machine, the electrical demand for the machine needs
to correspond with the installation procedures.

9)Pay attention to the following tasks

To prevent solder, discharge electricity machineries from accessing to the power supply. Ensure
that they are isolated.

10)Daily regulated procedure should be checked before turning on the machine.

Are all screws well fixed?

Are all electric wires and plugs well connected?

Is the machine free from dust, water, and oil?

11)

Pre-check before operation

Please be clear and familiar with all dangerous positions and stay alert during operation to
ensure safety before operating the machine.

Do not place your hand in the machine when the sliding part is in motion.

Do not place your hand in the machine when the squeegee is in motion.

Ensure power source’s installation is not destroyed before operation.

4

Ensure machine’s control panel is set at stationary status.

12)The usage of ink and handling treatments

(1)The machine uses silk screen’s printing ink.
(2)Rubber gloves should be worn when handling ink. Avoid skin contact from the ink. Wash with soap

immediately when ink contacted your skin.

(3)

Please wear a mask. The printing ink consists of flammable material which is harmful to human health.

(4)Handle the ink with care. In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes.

(5)Handle the ink with care. In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with water for at least 15

minutes. If one inhales harmful gases that cause dizziness, move the injured party in open

environment. Immediate medical attention is strongly recommended.

(6)The printing ink should be enclosed within an airtight container and stored in cool and dark places

(Limit of

 40℃

). Store the ink under sufficient ventilation and keep away from direct sunlight.
