1.Preparation before operating the machine
(1)Other requirements
Machine’s base should be at least 15cm above ground base level and should be strong enough to
support the machine’s weight . It is recommended if the ground contains steel.
The main power cord should be located underground and should be well covered to prevent accidents.
(2)Motion Requirement
If two machines are used at the same time, 2HP air compressor will be needed. Increase HP air
compressor for compatibility of factory machines.
(3)Conditions for Machine Needed Area and Lighting
Installation site is recommended within 2
5℃
, humidity 30%~95%, and ground elevation of
1500 meter and above. The site must be free from dust and avoid direct sunlight.
The area needed to install this machine. Clear out the space (1.5m and above)
above the machine and refer to the diagram for other measurements.
Be cautious with the intensity of lighting, changes in light rays and reflection problems.
