Maintenance, repair and assembly can only be carried out when the machine is fully "stopped". The measures
and methods described in the "operation instructions" to stop the machine must be fully followed.

Sealing parts and bearing grease should be used correctly.

After the maintenance of the scroll air end is finished and it is re-assembled on compressor package, the
connecting pipeline from the scroll air end to the compressor package shall be restored immediately.

Before restarting, make sure that the pipes are well connected and the safety components such as outlet valve
or check valve are opened normally.

It is not allowed to modify and improve the compressor without the authorization of Hanbell. The original
spare parts of Hanbell scroll compressor and the parts provided by the dealer authorized by Hanbell can
ensure the safety of the scroll air end you purchased. If you use other foreign parts, it may reduce the
reliability of the compressor and have negative consequences.

Without the approval of Hanbell, the compressor shall not be operated outside the scope described in the
"technical data" section. Below listed some common improper operation:

Running direction opposite to that on the compressor label

Operating under working pressure beyond the permission scope

Too high or low running speed.

Improper use due to compressor deformation
