2. Safety
2.1 Employee qualification and training
The employees who operate and maintain Hanbell scroll compressor shall be authorized, trained and
certified, and shall be familiar with the existing safety rules.
The company using Hanbell scroll compressor shall explain the scope of responsibility and the ability
of employees shall acquired in detail. If the employees do not have the necessary knowledge,
corresponding training shall be carried out.
Company shall ensure that the operation and maintenance staff fully understand this operation manual.
The maintenance and modification of the machine must be carried out by the staff from service
network authorized by Hanbell.
2.2 Safety instructions
The standards of technical safety regulations for installation, operation and maintenance of scroll
compressor are as follows:

GB/T 6388 Air compressor transport package shipping mark

GB/T 13384 Air compressor package

GB/T 3853 Displacement compressor test

GB/T 15847 Displacement compressor performance test

JB 8524 Air compressor safety requirements

GB/T 7777 Displacement compressor vibration measurement methods

GB/T 4980 Determination of sound level of noise emitted by displacement compressor

JB/T 6441 Safety valve
The latest revised version shall be used for the above provisions.
All the operating rules and regulations shall be followed, including in particular those come in force in
the plant due to local conditions. When several rules work at the same time, the most stringent rules
shall be followed.
2.3 Safety Instructions for the Company or Operator's
The company shall ensure that the compressor is always under safe operation conditions, and the
damaged or failure parts shall be replaced in time.
Any operation which may affect the compressor shall be forbidden.
Abnormality occurs on the compressor which may affect its safety, the operator shall report
immediately.
2.4 Safety instructions for maintenance, repair and assembly

The administrator shall ensure that all the people who maintain, repair and assemble the compressor have
well studied the Operation Manual, and have been authorized by Hanbell.
