All parts must be connected to complete the final product - scroll compressor system. The scroll
compressor system must be installed according to the current reasonable safety and accident prevention
regulations

When belt drive is adopted:

V-type belt is recommended, refer to Standard DIN 7753 Part1 / ISO 4184

Pulley balance grade: ISO 1940-G6.3 or VDI2060-Q6.3, measured according to "half sliding key
method" in ISO 8821. During balancing, put the half sliding key corresponding to the inner
diameter contour into the groove. Refer to DIN 2211 or GB / T 13575.1-2008

Belt test before operation shall meet the requirements of tension frequency tester 50.9 ~ 58Hz or
tension test 360 ± 20N.

When installing or maintaining the belt pulley, the driving shaft and the driven shaft shall be
checked horizontally and the maximum axial deviation shall not be over 0.5°. Check whether the
width of the belt pulley is the same. Also, the possible deviation of the flange width must be taken
into account.
When coupling derived is adopted:

The coupling shall be installed correctly. Before installation, heating the coupling. The heating
temperature shall be controlled at around 180
℃
. Pay attention to the cleaning of the shaft and the
hole. Do not knock it with a hammer directly, which will reduce the bearing's service life and
seriously affect the compressor life.

It is required that the perpendicularity and concentricity of the bracket shall be controlled within
0.02mm during manufacturing. Otherwise, additional load will be caused during the operation,
which will cause high current, violent vibration and so on, that will cause severe wear to the
bearings of compressor or motor, and finally lead to loud noise in the operation of the scroll air end
and even compressor stuck.


The scroll compressor must be installed in the environment which is compatible with the operation
of the compressor. There shall be no excessive dust, toxic or flammable gas, moisture, water and
