After the frying is completed, the electronic timer is powered off, and the solenoid valve
is automatically opened. Water vapour will be discharged through the solenoid valve
and the filter pipe. Place a small container under the outlet pipe at the back of the
machine to catch any steam and water expelled when cooking finishes

4.

Oil Mark / Level Indication:

Add oil up to the oil level in the pot. Remember that you

should not add more oil than the maximum volume, otherwise it will overflow and
cause risk of danger.

5.

Set Temperature and Timing:

This electric pressure fryer can be set to store three

different control programs to meet the user's needs. Press the menu button. When
the corresponding indicator above the digital button flashes, adjust the temperature
and timer settings using the up “

” and down “

” buttons. When the indicator

above the corresponding number of buttons is always on, the program has been
saved. Press the number on the menu to view the corresponding set temperature
and time.

6.

Preheating Preparation:

While starting to heat the cold oil, immerse the food to be

fried (such as chicken pieces) in the seasoning. Prior to frying, it is best to have
applied the seasoning to the food, for more than 20 minutes. The food should be
dried after soaking or coating, otherwise too much moisture will affect the whole
frying process.

7.

Heating Indicator:

When the oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the

heating indicator will go out. When the temperature is lower than the set
temperature, the heating lamp will light again.

8.

Frying:

When food is placed within the pot for frying, ensure it is kept within, to

prevent oil spillage. Do not overload with too much food. Excess food will affect the
quality of the preparation.
