2. Bolt the base to the left side of the MTS ROW.
As shown in Figure 3, slide the base/seat
assembly up to the left side of the MTS ROW and bolt them together using two of the 1/2” x 3”
hex head bolts with hammerhead washers on the outside of the frame. Insert the bolts from
the outside of the MTS ROW. Put on a star washer and hand tighten the locknuts so that the
front brace will be easier to install.
