1. APPLIANCE SAFETY
Your safety and the safety of others are very important.
We have provided many important safety messages in this manual and on your appliance.
Always read and obey all safety messages.
The safety alert symbol will be followed by a signal word that calls
attention to a safety message or messages or a property damage
message or messages, and designates a degree or level of hazard
seriousness.
Danger indicates a hazardous situation that,
if not avoided, will result in death or serious
injury.
Warning indicates a hazardous situation
that, if not avoided, could result in death or
serious injury.
Caution indicates a hazardous situation that,
if not avoided, could result in minor or
moderate injury.
All safety messages will alert you to what the potential hazard is, tell you how to reduce the
chance of injury, and let you know what can happen if the instructions are not followed.
