Plug temperature probe into jack located
in probe storage area.
Insert thermometer into the thickest part of the meat—not touching bone, fat, gristle,
or any part of the oven interior. Visit

unit cook.

The LED display will toggle between the
desired and actual food temperature,
until the preset temperature has been
reached. The oven will beep when cycle
is complete, and the LED display will
read “DONE” for 30 seconds.

Unplug probe from jack; then remove
food and probe from unit using oven
mitts. Probe will be hot. Unplug oven
from outlet when finished.
NOTE:
The oven will automatically shut
off when selected temperature is reached,
unless Warm mode is also selected. As
a backup, the oven also has a 4-hour
auto-shutoff feature which will occur if
(1) the probe has become unplugged for
any reason OR (2) the preset oven
temperature is not reached within the
4-hour time frame.
