• Never use metal utensils, since they will scratch
the nonstick plates. Instead, use only nonmetal
utensils.
• Never leave plastic utensils in contact with the
waffle & sandwich grill plates.
• In between recipes, use nonmetal utensil to scrape
excess food then wipe off any residue with a paper
towel before proceeding with next recipe.
• Always make sure the unit is unplugged and cool before storing.
• The power cord can be wrapped around the back of the base for storing.
• One set of cooking plates alone should be stored in the unit.
• Store additional cooking plates where they will not get damaged.
