Unplug unit and allow to cool.
Once completely cool, wipe clean
with a soapy, damp cloth.

Place a second tortilla over the
fillings and the bottom tortilla,
centering it over the cooking
surface.

Close and lock lid. Cook for
approximately 2–3 minutes or
until quesadilla begins to brown.

Open lid carefully. Remove
quesadilla using tongs or a
nonstick spatula.
WARNING!
Burn Hazard:
Escaping steam can burn. Always
use an oven mitt to protect hand
when opening lid on quesadilla
maker.
