To Use

CAUTION:  Do not use this product to cook or defrost frozen food.  All food must be completely defrosted 

before cooking it with this product.

NOTE:  During the initial uses of this product, it may produce some smoke.  This is normal and will subside 

with further use.

Before using this product for the first time, clean the appliance with a dry cotton cloth to clean the cooking 

plates ,the drip trays  thoroughly by hand or in the dishwasher .

Dry the cooking plates thoroughly ,before  reinserting into the appliance

Make sure to replace the Drip Tray.

Open the unit by pulling the Handle up.

You may season the plates with butter, margarine or cooking fat. Since the appliance has a non-stick coated 

surface, the use of butter or oil is optional.

Close the Plates and turn the unit on by plugging it into a standard  electrical outlet. The display screen 

flashes for one second, and the buzzer beeps once to indicate that the machine is powered on. When 

the knob is pressed for 0.5 seconds, the “upper dial knob” or “lower dial knob”, the display lights up, the 

temperature range 160 displays, and it enters the power-on state; The machine starts to work. According to 

the temperature needs, you can rotate the “up disk button” or “down disk button” to adjust the temperature 

range from 160 180 200 220 200 180 160 …clockwise to switch the upper and lower plate temperature 

settings respectively, and the temperature digital display in the preheating stage flashes. When the 

temperature reaches the set value, the temperature temperature is always displayed, and the preheating is 

completed.  

WARNING:

 

 The Cooking Plates and metal surfaces of the unit will become extremely hot when in use.  To

avoid a burn hazard, wear heat resistant mitts or gloves and touch only the black portion of the Handle.

After the preheating is completed, you can press the knob for 0.5 seconds to control the grilling time of the 

upper and lower plates by lightly pressing the knob for 0.5 seconds according to the food needs. Small, 

can quickly adjust the set value, when the preset time is reached, the machine will automatically cut off the 

power to stop working. At the same time, there are 6 beeps.Use the Handle to lift the Upper Plate.  Place 

food on the Lower Plate using wooden or plastic heat-resistant utensils. 

CAUTION: 

 

Do not use metal utensils on this product, as they will scratch and damage the Plates’ non-stick 

coating.

Use the Handle to lower and rest the Upper Plate on top of the food. 

NOTES:

T

he cooking time for different foods depends on the type and thickness of the foods.

Foods should be cooked thoroughly before consumption.

When the food is cooked as desired, lift the Handle to open the Plates, then remove the food using the 

utensils.  If more cooking will be done at this time, close the Plates to conserve heat.

Repeat Steps 7-9 until all cooking is complete, reapplying cooking oil as necessary.

Turn off the product by unplugging the Power Cord from the electrical outlet.

When the unit has completely cooled, press the releas bottons,then lift the cooking plates up and move 

them backwards, clean and dry it. 

After 2 hours of power-on, the machine will automatically turn off the power after 6 buzzers, which is used 

to prevent the operator from leaving after accident to ensure safety and save energy. When the machine is 

turned on at any time by pressing the knob for 2 seconds, the machine will shut down.
