Set the Temperature Control Dial
to MIN. Unplug steamer. Allow
to cool.
Repeat this process with clean
water until vinegar odor is no
longer present.

NOTICE:
To avoid damage to the steamer soleplate:
• Never iron over zippers, buttons, pins, metal rivets, or snaps,
since they may scratch the soleplate surface.
• Allow the steamer to cool and wipe with a soapy, soft damp
cloth to clean occasional buildup on the soleplate. Never use
abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, since they may
scratch the surface.
Mix a solution of 1/2 white
vinegar and 1/2 water and add
to fill cup up to the MAX line.
Slowly pour the solution into the
water reservoir and replace water
plug.
Plug in steamer. Set the
Temperature Control Dial to
(Steam). Let the liquid solution
steam out of the steamer.

Empty water from steamer over
sink until water runs out from
reservoir.
Unplug steamer. Allow to cool.
Loop cord loosely around
appliance when storing.
Follow this procedure monthly to avoid mineral deposits and buildup,
which can affect the steaming performance of the unit.
