The EQ-400 requires a chiller to maintain the cooling requirements in Section 3.4. For your convenience
Energetiq offers a suitable chiller produced by SMC Corporation. You may also choose to procure a
chiller directly through your local SMC Corporation representative (SMC PN HRS018-A-10-T).
