Warning

draw your attention to specific hazards and risks.

3. Safety Notes
• The product is intended for private, non-commercial use
only.
• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating,
and only use it in a dry environment.
• Disconnect the product from the network using the power
button – if this is not available, unplug the power cord
from the socket.
• Do not use the product in moist environments and avoid
splashes.
• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any
major shocks.
• Dispose of packaging material immediately according to
locally applicable regulations.
• Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the
warranty.
4. System requirements
The keyboard works with Bluetooth
®
-enabled tablet PCs and
smartphones running iOS, Android and Windows.
The requirements for keyboard use are as follows:
• All iPad and iPhone devices can be used.
• Android devices require Android 3.0 or newer.
• Bluetooth-enabled Windows devices require Windows XP,
Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10.
Check whether the latest version is installed and, if necessary,
perform a software update.
Note
• To ensure that the keyboard functions properly, check
that the right keyboard layout (QWERTZ, QWERTY etc.)
is set in your device’s settings.
• Note that support for certain key functions may vary
depending on your device.
• If some keys on the Bluetooth
®
keyboard do not work
properly on your device for software reasons, you can
run them via the virtual keyboard.
• Please refer to the operating instructions for the device
you are using.
5. Getting Started
Warning – Batteries
• Immediately remove dead batteries from the product
and dispose of them.
• Only use batteries (or rechargeable batteries) that match
the specified type.
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of a
different type or make.
• When inserting the batteries, make sure that the
polarity is correct (‘+’ and ‘-’ markings). Failure to do so
could result in the batteries leaking or exploding.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• Do not short circuit batteries/rechargeable batteries and
keep them away from uncoated metal objects.
