8. Sleep timer
The sleep timer is a built-in timer that, when activated,
automatically switches the Wireless LAN Internet Tuner
off after a set time period.
To activate the sleep timer, use the following menu path:
Main Menu > Sleep
Then use the
Cursor Up
and
Cursor Down
buttons to set
the time period after which the device is to be switched
off.
You can select between the following time periods:
15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes
.
After you have set the time period, the Internet Tuner
automatically returns to the main menu.
9. Software update
To check whether a newer software version for the
Wireless LAN Internet Tuner is available, use the
following menu path:
Main menu > System settings > Software Update
Then select the
“Check Now”
menu item.
If a newer software version is available, it can be
transferred to the device.
10. Restoring factory settings
To reset the device to the factory settings, use the
following menu path:
Main Menu > System Settings > Factory Reset
If you are sure that you wish to restore the factory
settings, choose
“YES”
and confi rm your selection by
pressing
“Select”
.
Note that when you restore the factory settings, all
of your settings are deleted. You will need to repeat
confi guration for e.g. the wireless LAN to listen to
Internet radio stations again.
11. Safety instructions
• Use only the enclosed power supply unit to connect
the
device.
• Protect the device from moisture, extreme temperatures,
and direct sunlight. Keep the unit away from heating
devices.
• Do not try to open the device; integrated components
may not be serviced by the user.
