6.4.3 Recording your heart rate and blood pressure

Please be aware that heart rate and blood pressure recording in the history are only possible if an active
Bluetooth
®
connection is in place between the fitness tracker and the app.

• The values displayed therefore represent only approximate, guideline values and are not generally valid.
Please consult a doctor if you have any questions about your blood pressure.
• To start a measurement of the above parameters via the app, press [Heart rate] on the start page.
• Then, in the sub-menu, press [Start measure] (Android) / [Start measuring] (iOS). You will see a summary of your
current heart rate and blood pressure. The app also calculates your blood oxygen content.
• All measurements are stored and clearly set out in the history.
