7.5 CLEANING
The detectors must be kept clean of dust deposits, in particular when the
equipment has a varnished aluminium enclosure. Cleaning must be performed
with damp cloths or with cloths that do not accumulate electrostatic charges. It’s
strictly forbidden the dust cleaning using compressed.
Gas detectors must be cleaned in order to avoid any risk of infection

DATA RESTORE TO DEFAULT PARAMETERS
To restore the default parameters, the user has to connect to the calibration
software (available on request), through the RS485 serial line and click on the
“Restore Defaults” button.

DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Power the unit off, disconnect the wires on the terminals and dismount the
housing from any blocking systems.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Power supply lower than 10 Vcc or higher

Set the power supply in the range 10-
30 Vdc and reset the device with the
calibration keypad
Analogue output error
Analogue 4-20 mA output error. It could
be open.
Correct the open circuit and reset the
device with the calibration keypad
Head not present
Head and/or sensor missing
Connect the sensor head and reset
the device with the calibration keypad

Not configured head error
The sensor head is not configured as

Connect a sensor head correctly

The sensor head is not memorised in the
main board
