2.5.1 Emptying the sweepings

container

Observe the following safety

information before emptying:

• Driving the vehicle with the sweep-

ings container raised reduces the ve-

hicle's stability. Therefore, only raise
the sweepings container immediate-

ly prior to emptying it.

• Only raise the sweepings container

when the vehicle is on a horizontal

surface.

• Before raising the sweepings con-

tainer, the operator must have en-

sured that there are no persons or

objects behind or beside the vehicle.

• The vehicle may only be driven slow-

ly when the sweepings container is

raised.

• It is forbidden for anyone to move

into the danger area. Risk of crush-

ing and shearing!

• Before raising or lowering the

sweepings container, ensure that

there is a sufficient safety clearance.

• The sweeping container can only be

tipped when the container has been

raised beyond a minimum height.
