CONTROL 

  The machine is controlled by balance rather than 

strength. Tilt handle slightly upwards and the 
machine moves to the RIGHT, tilt the handle 
slightly down the machine moves to the left. When 
the handle is in the intermediate position the 
machine remains stationary refer to Pic 18

PLANNING THE JOB 

  Plan the work path based on the location of the 

power point, room/furniture layout, entrance and 
exit points

  Work away from the power cord to avoid 

entanglement with the rotating brush/pad 
mechanism. 

  Ensure that the power cord is clear of the 

operator’s feet to avoid tripping, refer to Pic 20.
