Removing and installing the battery:
- Make sure the power is off. Push the release button of the battery and slide the battery out of place.
- Make sure the power is off. Slide the battery back in position and make sure that it locks in place.
If the battery does not charge properly:
a. Check the condition of the charger.
b. Check that the charger is 30 V DC input the vital.
c. Check that the battery terminals are clean.
Battery charging:
1. Remove the battery from charging when it is fully loaded.
2. Use only the original batteries. Third-party batteries may damage the device or cause injury to the user.
3. Do not charge the battery in damp conditions.
4. Do not disassemble the charger or the battery.
If the battery fluid starts to leak for some reason, rinse the skin immediately with water and soap. If the battery
fluid gets into your eyes, rinse the eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes.
Maintenance

Inspect the wire rope and hooks for signs of wear or damage before and after each operation. Worn and
damaged parts must be replaced. Do not attempt to lengthen the wire rope or repair a damaged rope.

Any hook that has twisted components or excessive opening may indicate overloading of the product.
•
Examples of rope damage are as follows: Kinks, cuts, knots, mashed or frayed portions and broken strands.

Examples of hook damage are as follows: Cracks, twisted components, excessive opening, seat wear, loose
or unclosed safety gate and corrosion.
•
When the wear quantities of quick-wear parts like carbon brush are high, you should change in time.
• Keep the rope and hooks free from contaminants. Use a clean towel to remove dirt & debris.
• Using light oil on the wire rope and hooks can prevent corrosion from forming.
• Always use manufacturer’s replacement parts. Do not modify the product in any way.
• Always make sure that the battery is not cracked or leaking.
