9.3.6 centroteX S / centroteX AC
The following steps are required to check the draw-in force:
In addition to these operating instructions, you should
also read and follow the operating instructions for the
associated machine adapter.
1. Mount the machine adapter [see operating instructions
for the machine adapter].
2. Mount the measuring device on the machine adapter
[see chapter »Mounting the quick-change unit« in the
operating instructions for the machine adapter]. This
clamps the measuring device.
9.3.7 T211 mandrel
The following steps are required to check the axial force:
In addition to these operating instructions, also read
and follow the operating instructions for the relevant
clamping device.
1. Attach the clamping device [see operating instructions
for the clamping device].
2. Move the clamping device into release position.
3. Loosen and remove the tension bolt from the clamping
device.
4. Screw the measuring device into the clamping device
and tighten it down.
5. Move the clamping device into a reserve position. This
clamps the measuring device.
9.3.8 Drawtube
The following steps are required to check the axial force:
1. Mount the drawtube adapter and spindle flange that are
appropriate for the measuring device.
2. Move the machine drawtube to the front limit stop.
3. Screw the measuring device into the drawtube adapter
and tighten it.
4. Move the machine drawtube to its rear limit stop. This
clamps the measuring device.
