Preheat the oven

 Cook the food directly

Warning

Convection 

The convection oven has a temperature range of 100  C to 240  C in 15 preset levels.

 

The maximum cooking time is 90 minutes. The microwave mode is not used.

You have two cooking mode to select:

Preheat the oven :

 

For convection cooking, it is recommended that you preheat the oven

to the appropriate temperature before placing the food in the oven to cook.

Cook the food directly

: to cook food in the same way as in a traditional oven. 

Your oven will take a few minutes to reach the selected temperature.
The convection rack(low rack) and the mental plate must be used during convection cooking.

In the following examples we will show you how to cook some food at the temperature of 210 C 
for 5 minutes with the two different mode.

microwave and 2/3 grill) for 5 minutes and 30 seconds.

The convection mode enables you to cook food in the same way as in a traditional oven.
Check that the heating element is in the horizontal position and that the turntable is in 
position. Open the door and place the recipient on the turntable.
