HORIZONTAL BOOM EXTENSION -
To fold either boom horizontally in toward the machine or out ,
depress the right or left Rocker “Boom Fold” switches on the hydrostatic lever (fig. 4.26-3). While depressed,
these switches activate cylinders connecting either boom to the transom (fig. 4.26-2).
Fold or unfold the booms in an open area only. Make sure no one is standing in the boom extension’s
travel path. Booms can be folded if speed is less than 5MPH.
