Troubleshooting
When the motor is not running or
blocks the carbons of the motor
could be worn out
…
The following described work
should only be carried out by
trained and experienced staff.
Turn the endcap off the engine.
Take off the cable. Loose the
screw.
Take out the carbon.
Insert the new carbon. Check the
position of the spring on the carbon.
The spring should be in the middle
of the carbon. The carbon is a
wearing part and has to be replaced
after it is worn out. A pair of
carbons was added to your delivery.
Then also check the second
carbon.
If the handpiece becomes hot
…
In case the handpiece should
become hot or the noise level
extraordinary loud, apparently the
ball bearings of the front part of the
handpiece are worn out. In this the
case we suggest to send us the
handpiece for maintenance works.
