Do not use grease for lubrication of load chain.
Without lubrication, manufacturer's warranty and/or liability will be void.

ƒ Clean and lubricate the bearings of hooks and pulleys with grease
ƒ Slight bearings are maintenance free
ƒ When bearings resp. slight bearings are worn of, change the complete pulley

ƒ Oil and grease life of the gear and of ball bearings is designed for the first safe operating period (S.W.P.)
of the chain hoist.
ƒ Shorter maintenance intervals for particularly difficult operating conditions, e.g. increased dust and
pollution loads or constant operation of the hoist with the highest load
