Add sample to reagents.

Mix by aspirating and dispensing 10
times until the reagents are fully
rehydrated and well mixed with the
sample.
•
When using the pipette depress the
plunger fully before aspirating.
Add sample to cartridge
•
Dispense
100
L
combined sample
and reagents into the sample port of
the test cartridge.
Read cartridge
Open cartridge door.
•
Click READY to open the test cartridge
door.
Tip:
The door will automatically close after
30 seconds, so click Ready when you are
ready to insert the test cartridge. If the door
closes, just click Ready again.
