Refer to the probe documentation for information about the probe maintenance.
Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The blue indicator LED is off.
The tray was moved manually.
Start the instrument or send an order from
the software.
The tray does not stop at
position 1 or at any specified
position.
The sampler does not sense the
beaker or position 1 of the tray.
Restart the instrument. If the rod does not
move to the upper position and the tray stops
at position 1, contact technical support.
The sensor holder does not
complete the vertical
movement.
There is an internal damage
Contact technical support.
The beakers are not aligned.
The sensors are not in the
correct position.
There is too much noise when
the sampler operates.
The tray or one of the modules
was not correctly installed.
Make sure that all instrument components
are correctly installed.
The sampler does not operate.
There is a communication
failure between the instrument
and the PC.
Examine the instrument and instrument
cables for damage. Make sure that the
cables are correctly connected. Restart the
instrument. If damage is found or the
problem continues, contact technical support.
The green indicator LED is off.
Power is not supplied to the
instrument.
Make sure that power is supplied to the
instrument and that the instrument is set to
on. If there is power and the instrument does
not start contact technical support.
