Quote the description of the part.
Quote the technical code.
When making your request, briefly illustrate the causes of failure of the part being ordered, and provide all
information which may be useful for understanding the malfunction. This will make it possible to pinpoint
any shortcomings or incorrect procedures which may have caused the damage.
