Symptom: The interface cannot be brought up when you install an 8SFP+ or 4SFP&4SFP+ 
interface card in slot 3 and install a GE transceiver module in a 10-GE interface. This is because 
10-GE interfaces on these interface cards do not support GE transceiver modules once the 
interface cards are installed in slot 3. This problem is resolved in this release, but restrictions 
exist. For more information, see "
