Again, we recommend that you cover this part of the plan using clear food wrapping film and scotch
tape. Do this before pinning and gluing the balsa down in the required positions, this will keep the plan
clean and intact.
1. Pin the parts for the horizontal stabilizer down as shown and apply CA glue to the joints to glue
them together. Before doing so, check the fit of each part, and sand as necessary to ensure a good fit.
Use pins and clamps to hold the parts into position as the glue sets. Ensure the assembly stays flat on
the building board to stop any twisting or warping of the structure.
