17) To make the battery hatch, assemble B21, B22, and B23 together as shown. Then plank the top
with a piece of 2mm balsa sheet, trim and sand to shape. Glue two 3 x 4 mm magnets into the two
holes in former B21. Trial fit the hatch onto the fuselage, bear in mind that you need to leave
some room in the gaps for the addition of the covering film.
18) Laminate the two 8mm balsa nose pieces together, when dry, glue it onto the fuselage as shown.
Glue the B27 plywood plate to the nose piece. Glue two more magnets to B27, note: ensure the
polarity of these is correct to match the magnets on the battery hatch.
