ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE HANDLEBAR AND THE WORKING
RESISTANCE OF THE DEVICE
a)
Loosen the handlebar height adjustment knob and remove it. Set the
handlebar
support at the required height. Aligning the holes, block by inserting
the knob. Tighten.
b)
To increase the working resistance of the device, turn the loading knob
clockwise. Decrease the working resistance of the device by turning in the
opposite direction.
CAUTION!
The resistance knob is also a safety knob!
To stop the device immediately, press it!
CAUTION!
Adjustment of the seat and handlebar should not be lower than
the minimum height of the device marked "STOP"!

Selection of the operation function of the device. Pressing and holding for 3
seconds resets the value. Not applicable (ODO).
