Read the instruction manual before using Gymform® Total Fitness for the first
time.
If you have any doubts about your physical condition or have suffered from an
illness, always consult your doctor before using Gymform® Total Fitness.

Always use Gymform® Total Fitness on a flat surface.

sion.

Do not drink alcoholic beverages while using the device.
Drink water after use. The maximum weight for this product is 120 kg.
For a safe, comfortable workout, leave a minimum of 0.6 m of free space around
the device.
To use this device correctly, do the exercises indicated in the Exercise Guide.
Do not do any other exercises, since you may injure yourself by using the device
incorrectly.

This product meets the requirements of the Standard Directive
EN ISO 20957-1:2013 and EN 957-2:2003.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY:
A. Attach the base supports (1) to the elastic bands (3) in a cross position:
B. Attach the rails (2) to the base supports (1) . The foot support hole (4) must be
in the wheeled base support (6):
C. First, fasten the base support (1) and the rails (2) with a screw (C.1), tighten
the washer and female attachment by hand. Then, fasten the other base support
(1) with a screw on the same side as shown in the illustration (C.2), tighten the
washer and female attachment by hand. Fasten the other two screws in the same
way (C.3 - C.4).
D. When the four screws, washers and female attachments have been tightened
by hand, further tighten them with the hexagonal wrench (14) and the Allen key
(15) provided.
Note: If the area where you are going to use Gymform® Total Fitness is not
completely flat, it is possible to adjust the height of the wheeled base support
(1), by screwing or unscrewing the adjustable suction cups (17) from the base.
E. Place the foot support (5) in the foot support hole (4), the counter holder (7)
must remain inside the product. First fix it with the bolt (16) in the lower hole. The
foot support has two positions, choose the position required and fix it using a bolt
(16) in the upper hole.
F. Remove the seat padding. Place the seat back (13) in a vertical position, then
push the seat back down until it is fixed in place.
G. Cut the seat’s cable ties.
How to attach the seat: To position the seat (12) between the rails (2) pull the
seat nut (8) and turn it a quarter turn to the right. When the seat (12) moves to the
middle of the rails (2), it will be hold (or attached) in the correct position. This is
an option for certain special exercises (see the Exercise Guide).
To unblock the seat, pull the seat nut (8) and turn it to the left.
H. Attach the handles (9) under the seat (12), removing the screws first, and co-
rrectly position each handle as shown in the illustration. Then, attach the screws
as shown in the illustration.
Note: Before this step, attach the seat (12) as described above in the How to
attach the seat section to ensure comfort and safety
I. The final step is to use the hook to fix the handles (10) to the rings on the elastic
cords (11). Depending on the exercise you want to do, you can put the elastic
bands on the front or the back (see Exercise Guide)
Storage:
To store the product, pull the seat back (13) upwards and fold it over the seat
(12). To position the seat (12) between the rails (2) pull the seat nut (8) and turn it
a quarter turn to the right. When the seat (12) moves to the middle of the rails (2),
it will be hold (or attached) in the correct position. Ensure that the foot support (5)
is completely perpendicular to the rails (5). Lift the base from the other side of the
foot support (5) and use the wheeled base support (6) to move your Gymform®
Total Fitness to wherever you want to store it. If the foot support (5) is resting on
the floor, the product will remain upright. Store the product in an area where it will
not be knocked as this could cause it to fall over.

the time periods stipulated by the legislation in force in each country.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from inadequate use, negligent
commercial use, abnormal wear and tear, accidents or improper handling.

bed by the Australian Consumer Law & the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees
Act 1993 both of which provide protection for consumers. There is no express
