Phase Jitter Measurement
Background
Phase Jitter refers to the amount of phase fluctuation
that leads to shortening or lengthening the center
frequency.
Parameter Start

Beginning frequency offset in reference to
the center frequency.
0kHz to ½ of span, 0.1MHz resolution
Stop

End frequency offset in reference to the
center frequency.
0kHz to ½ of span, 0.1MHz resolution
