Pause a Daisy Formatted CD.
2.
Press and HOLD DOWN the Start Key.
3.
Release the Start Key.
4.
Resume Reading from the new location.
How: See Lesson 5b – Steps 1 and 2.
How: The Start Key can be found on the keypad
at the Bottom/Left corner (if the keypad
cord is pointing away from you). The Start
Key has a raised full circle on it that you
can feel. Press it completely down and
HOLD. In approximately 5 seconds you
will begin to hear numbers. Each number
that you hear represents the page number to
which you have rewound.
How: Once you have heard the page number that
you wanted to rewind to, simple release the
Start Key.
How: Pressing the Pause Key and quickly
releasing the key will resume the reading of
the Daisy Formatted CD at the new point
on the document that you have navigated
to. The Pause Key can be found on the
keypad at the Bottom/Right corner (if the
keypad cord is pointing away from you).
The Pause key has a raised pair of vertical
lines on it that you can feel.
