General warning and safety instructions
The introductory general warning instructions must necessarily be
followed. Please read thoroughly the entire manual before putting
the stove into operation.
The GP 8005 D pellet stove has been
designed according to the state of the art and recognised
safety-technical regulations. Despite this, there can still be
some risks in case of unauthorised use or when using the
product in conflict with its designation; therefore, never leave
the pellet stove unattended for a long time.
Approved means of
transport with adequate carrying capacity may only be used for the
transport of your heating equipment. Fuel burning down releases
thermal energy, leading to intensive warming of the surface of the
heating equipment, doors, door and service handles, door glasses,
flue gas ducting and the front wall of the heating equipment. It is
necessary to avoid contact with these parts without respective
protective lining or auxiliary means such as heat-resistant gloves
against thermal radiation or control devices (service handle).
Please inform your children about this special danger and do not let
them get near the stove when being used.
It is prohibited to put items not heat resistant on the heating
equipment or near the heating equipment.
Do not put any clothes on the stove to dry. A drying rack for clothes
must stand in a sufficient distance from the heating equipment.
Risk of fire
Processing easily flammable and explosive materials in the same
room or in neighbouring rooms is prohibited when using the heating
equipment.
Qualification
Apart from detailed training by a professional, no special qualification
is necessary for using this product.
Important notices
Please read carefully the instructions and technical information in
this installation manual both before installing the stove and before
any other single activity.
Careful following of the installation instructions is a guarantee of
providing safety of persons and the product and efficiency and long
life of the product.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused as a result of
a failure to follow the Operating and Maintenance Instructions,
unauthorised modifications of the product and using other than the
original spare parts.
The product must be installed and operated as instructed by the
manufacturer and must be in accordance with the local regulations.
If a problem with understanding the Operating Instructions arises
when reading them, please contact your specialised dealer.
The wall in front of which the stove will be installed must not be out
of wood or combustible material. Moreover, safety distances must be
kept (see section “Preventing fire in a house” in the Operating and
Installation Instructions of the stove).
Please read carefully the installation instructions for the lining, fan
and any accessories before installing the stove.
Check the floor if perfectly flat before installing the product.
Wearing clean cotton gloves is recommended for grasping steel
parts to prevent fingerprints that are later very difficult to remove.
The stove must be installed by two persons.
The pellet stove may only be connected to the mains after
professional connection to the chimney.
Never use liquid fuels to put the stove into operation or recover the
existing fire.
CAUTION
The pellet stove may only be used with standardised wooden
pellets. Using pellets of poor quality or non-standardised pellets
may lead to operational problems not covered by the warranty.
The combustion chamber door must not open during operation.
Adequate air supply must be provided during operation in the room
of installation.
Fuel supply must be interrupted in case of problems during
operation. The product may only be put into operation again after
removing the source of the problem.
Operation must be stopped in case of any product damage or failure.
The protective grid in the pellet container must not be removed
(pic.

).
Putting items not resistant to heat on the stove or within the specified
minimum distances is prohibited.
Please inform other persons of this danger!
Please inform other persons of the preventive measures that need to
be respected during operation of the product.
Please observe the national and European standards and the
respective local regulations relating to furnace installation and

Fuel
The stove pellet has been designed for clean and extremely efficient
combustion of standardised wooden pellets with a diameter of 6 –
6.5 mm. However, there can still be some difference in combustion,
ash and slag creation even when using standardised wooden pellets.
Fuel in general
•
With wood as fuel you have decided to heat your home with neutral
CO

. After compressing wood remains to standardised pellets, good
fuel can be made from the wood waste kept in a natural state. The
fuel is then cleanly and extremely efficiently converted into thermal
energy in the process of combustion.
