Warranty
A w arranty period of 12 months applies to commercial use
and 24 months apply to private use and commences on the
day of purchase of the device.
Warranty applies exclusively to failures due to defective
material or w orkmanship. An original sale slip w ith indication
of date of sale must be presented in case of claiming for the
w arranty rights.
Warranty does not cover unprofessional use such as device
overload, violent use, damage caused by third party or foreign
materials, failure to comply w ith operations and assembly
manual, and normal w ear and tear.
General Safety Instructions
Before initial operation, this instruction manual should be read
completely. If in doubt w ith regard to connection and
operation of the unit, consult the manufacturer (servicing
department).

A messy w orkplace
may be the cause of injury
and accidents.

Take external effects into account

Do not expose the machine to the rain.
Provide for good lighting. Do not use the
machine in proximity of flammable liquids or
gases.
•
Do not allow any strangers to the m achine.
Bystanders and visitors, children and the sick in
particular should be kept at a sufficient distance from the
w orkplace.
•
Provide for safe storage of the tools.
The tools
currently out of use should be stored at a dry, locked or
elevated place
•
Use appropriate tools!

Do not use machines of small output to do a
heavy job. Use a machine designed for a
specific job.
•
Watch out for the cable.
Do not pull the cable. When
unplugging, alw ays take a hold of the plug. Keep the
cable at a safe distance from sources of heat, oil and
sharp edges.
•
Prevent unintentional switching.
Before plugging in,
take care to see that the unit sw itch is in Off position. .
•
Use special extension cables when w orking
outdoors.
To w ork outdoors, special extension cables
are required appropriate for the outdoor use and marked
in corresponding w ay.
•
Be attentive!

Mind w hat are you doing. Use common sense.
Do not use the electrical tools w hen feeling
tired and not concentrated.

Watch out for dam aged parts.
Before any
further use of the machine, check any
protective devices and slightly damaged parts
thoroughly to see w hether they are capable of
perfect functioning. Check any moving parts
and see that they are free of any jams and
damages. All the parts have to be mounted
correctly and should meet all the conditions of
the machine perfect operation.

Prevent the electrical shock.
Avoid any
contact of your body w ith grounded articles
like w ater piping, radiators, stoves and fridges.

Use approved parts only.
For maintenance and
repairs, use the genuine spare parts only Spare parts
are to be got at an authorised servicing centre.

Caution!
Only accessories and
supplementary devices show n in the operating
instructions or recommended by the
manufacturer are used. Use of optional tools
or accessories other than show n in the
operating instructions or in the catalogue may
give rise to a risk of injury.
Initial Operation Safety Instructions
Before getting dow n to adjustment or maintenance of the unit,
alw ays disconnect is from the source of voltage.
•
After removing the packaging, check the unit to make
sure that all the parts are in perfect condition.
•
Alw ays w ear goggles and ear protectors
Alw ays wear goggles or appropriate eye protecting aids and
hearing protecting aids. Never point at yourself or other
persons w ith the compressed air stream
•
Alw ays use electrical shock protection
Never use the compressor near w ater or in w et
environment.
•
Com pressor shut down
Before repairs, inspections, maintenance cleaning or
replacement of parts, disconnect the compressor from
the source and decompress.
•
Unintentional sw itching on
Do not transport the compressor if connected to the
source w ith the air tank under the pressure. Before
connecting the compressor to the source, make sure
that the check pressure meter is sw itched off.
•
Proper storage of com pressor
If out of use, the compressor should be stored at a dry
place so that it is protected from w eather effects. Keep it
out of reach of children.
•
Work clothes
Do not w ear lose garments or jew els, they could be
caught in the machine. If necessary, w ear ear protector
covering up the ears.
•
Correct use of pow er cable
Never unplug by pulling the cable. Protect the cable from
heat, oil and sharp edges. Do not w alk on the cable and
do not bend it.
•
Careful m aintenance of com pressor
Observe the lubrication instructions (not applicable to the
oil free compressors). Check on the pow er cable at
regular intervals. If damaged it should be repaired or
replaced at a customer servicing shop. Make sure that
there are no visible damaged on the compressor outer
parts. Consult a servicing centre if necessary. .
•
Outdoor Use
If the compressor is used outdoors only outdoor
extension cable w ith relevant marking may be used.
Caution:
It is necessary to use cables of sufficient
cross section ( 1,5

m m as a m inim um), w ith cables
longer than 10 m , starting up m ay be difficult at
unfavourable tem peratures .
