Use post hole digger to dig the holes. Do not make holes
perfectly round to help prevent posts from twisting after
time. If ground is flat, holes should be approx. 36" deep.
If gate installation area slopes, use the post hole at the high
point as your starting guide.

Add water incrementally using a bucket or a hose.
Mix the concrete one bag at a time in a wheelbarrow
following the instructions on the concrete bag.

Use a hoe or other tool suitable for mixing the concrete in
the wheelbarrow.

A stiff mix is necessary for post to stay by itself while
concrete sets. If mix is too liquid, posts will need to be held
in place until the concrete sets.
