1. Push the charger fully into 
mains socket.
2. Switch on mains socket.
3. Check charger cord is fully 
engaged in the socket on the charging 
stand or product.
4. Re-position unit on charging stand.
5. Consult a qualified electrician 
to check the socket. Contact 
customer service centre or dealer.
6. Press power button once to 

ensure unit is switched “OFF”. 

If the product needs to be repaired or replaced only use parts which are approved by 
the manufacturer.
