Step 1: Attach bottom rope with M22 X L110 H/T BOLT as 
shown in Figure 9
Step 2: Attach Turnbuckle to anchor plate 
with M22 X L110 H/T BOLT.

Loosen Turnbuckle all the way (about 100mm), leaving 
only 4 or 5 threads attached
