Using the 

IPTV, IP-Radio/Web-Radio

 configuration window, you can transcode 

an  IPTV  stream  or  MP3  radio  stream  or  an  M3U  playlist  into  the  transport 
stream format in "real time" and output it as a multicast SPTS stream.
