supplied 1/2" bolts (S-3728), washers (S-2120) and nuts (S-6493) as shown in

Always use proper lifting/hoisting equipment when assembling or
disassembling equipment.
Do not walk or stand under hoisted equipment.
Always use sturdy and stable supports when needed for installation.
