REGULAR MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
Under normal use, your GSC™ will require only routine maintenance. A full
maintenance schedule can be found on the website www.golfskatecaddy.com under
the link “Golf Skate Caddy” An maintenance guideline can be seen below.

MAINTENANCE WARNING
FAILURE TO FOLLOW MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES WILL
VOID YOUR WARRANTY. DO NOT OPEN THE BATTERY BOX, MOTOR CONTROL
ASSEMBLY, OR MOTOR. DOING SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. YOUR GSC™
IS NOT A FULLY WATERPROOF DEVICE.  TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL DAMAGE,
IT MUST NOT BE RIDDEN IN HEAVY RAIN, MUD, OR OTHER SIGNIFICANT WET
AREAS.  ALWAYS KEEP YOUR GSC™ CLEAN AND FREE OF MOISTURE.

WHEN TIGHTENING FITTINGS: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

The GSC™ Tool Kit contains most tools for general maintenance as described here.
A full professional kit for golf clubs is available as an optional extra.

Over time, vibrations from normal use may cause some external bolt and screw
fittings to loosen, especially if riding on rough surfaces.

Check all fasteners for tightness before each use.  Check and tighten all screws and
nuts after every 15-20 hours of riding.  Do not over-tighten, as stripping can result.
Snug is tight enough.

Trucks and springs are factory preset and should not be adjusted. Do not attempt
to remove springs as personal injury may occur. Call your local GSC™ re-seller for
advice on complete truck or spring replacement.

KEVLAR DRIVE BELT
GSC™  Kevlar Drive Belts are built tough, but being the component that takes the
most punishment, they will eventually wear out. Drive Belt life also depends on your
riding style. If your belt starts to make a clicking sound upon braking or acceleration
and becomes progressively worse, this is a sign of belt failure and should be
changed immediately. Drive sensibly and use your power and braking wisely or you
will need a new Drive Belt sooner!
Replacements available at: www.golfskatecaddy.com or your local dealer.
