K-scale incorporates nutritional information on the label. It provides information about many
food items as well as the product's nutrient contents. This content is expressed for 100 grams
or 100 millilitres per product, although this can also be displayed per portion. The information
about energy value and nutrients is:

Proteins.
o
Carbohydrates.
o
Fat.
o
Fibre.
o
Vitamins and minerals.
