Connecting an audio system with analogue

Connecting the power cord

Plug the power cord into the wall socket.
Note:
Only plug the device into the mains socket after you have con-
nected the external devices.
Inserting batteries in the remote control

To open the battery compartment, press the catch and remove
the lid.

When inserting the batteries (for example, R06 or AA,
2 x 1.5 V) observe the polarity marked in the battery com-
partment.

Close the battery compartment.
Note:
If the DVD player no longer reacts properly to remote control
commands, the batteries may be flat. Always remove used bat-
teries. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused
by leaking batteries.
Environmental note:
Batteries, including those which do not contain heavy metal,
should not be disposed of with household waste. Always dis-
pose of used batteries in accordance with local environmental
regulations.
