5. While the alarm time is flashing press
VOL -/+
button to select
the desired volume level (00-40) while the alarm is sounding.
Note
:
When no adjustments are made to the alarm volume, the volume will revert to the
last set level. The default volume level is 20, the unit will reset to this level when
unplugged from the mains.
Setting Alarm 2
1. Press the
SET
button three times, the ‘Alarm 2’ icon and the Alarm 2
time is displayed on the LCD, the hour digit flashes, press
PRE -/+
to
adjust the hour.
2. Follow steps 2 to 5 above.
Notes:
•
When you select alarm via iPod, ensure the iPod is connected correctly in the
socket.
•
In the event of a mains power interruption before the alarm is due to sound, when
the alarm time is reached the buzzer will sound. You will need to ensure the
alarm mode is set to buzzer, and the backup batteries (2xAA) are installed.
•
When you do not plan to use the radio for a week or more, please remove the
backup batteries. Leaking batteries can damage the radio and such damage is
not covered by the warranty.
•
Please replace the backup batteries after 1 year.
•
Replace the batteries within 30 seconds.
Snooze Function
When the alarm is sounding by pressing the
SNOOZE
button you can
delay the alarm by 9 minutes.
Stopping the Alarm
When the alarm is sounding by pressing the
ALARM OFF
button will
stop the alarm. The
FUNCTION
or
POWER
button will also stop the
alarm. After 24 hours, the alarm will sound again.
Mute Function
(only for remote control)
It is used to mute the audio signal coming out from the speaker. Press this
key to mute or release the mute function. Note: the following case will
release mute function:
1. Change volume
2. Power on/off (by press POWER button)
3. Alarm arrived
4. Snooze time out
5. Change function (by press FUNCTION button)
