2. Receiving the product
2.1 Scope of Delivery
The box contains the following:
•
1 iGRID pit measure point
•
1 GSM antenna
•
installation and operating instructions.
3. Installing the product
Connect the product to the district heating network in
the valve chamber.
3.1 Location
Install the product in a location that meets the
following requirements:
•
Place the product in a flood-safe valve chamber.
•
Place the product in a location easily accessible
for inspection, maintenance and service.
3.2 Installation
Hoses purchased separately must as a
minimum meet the pressure and
temperature conditions according to the
installation in question.

- Unpack the product in an area with
ample space before placing it in the
valve chamber.

The product can be placed on all sides
except on the front. We recommend
placing it on the bottom side.

- Before starting any work on the product,
ensure that the district heating pipe has
cooled down.

- Before starting any out work on the
product, pay attention to the direction of
the connecting branches.
- Ensure that the system has cooled
down before connecting the district
heating pipe.

- Tighten the stubs to ensure a safe and
correct tightening.
- Insert Y strainers between the flow pipe
and the flow stub labeled "SUPPLY IN"
on the product, and insert Y strainers
between the return pipe and the inlet
stub labeled "RETURN IN" on the
product.
- We recommend using felt gaskets or
similar products designed for use in
district heating water.
The product can be placed on all sides
except on the front. We recommend
placing it on the bottom side.
The connection to "RETURN IN" and
"RETURN OUT" must be carried out so
that "RETURN IN" comes before
"RETURN OUT" in the flow direction. See
fig.
